2 channel recordings made just before, and during Hurricane Joaquin in a mandatory evacuation from Ocracoke Island, and then during refuge in Virginia Beach, Sept 27 - Oct 3, 2015. Synthesizer sounds and frequencies were captured during the storm, while operating electronics, that have not been possible to duplicate since. This is the audio document of what happened during unusual conditions that were quite harrowing. Many thanks to all those who helped us to safe ground and especially to our dear friends at 65th street for soothing comfort, safety, and a piano. Everything is recorded live, no overdubs, except slight augmentation to TV samples on tracks 7 & 10.
